    In the BAM Sports Sampler, students rotate through a variety of sports in a dynamic weekly cycle that combines fitness and adventure throughout the year. BAM's Sports Programming is designed to align with SHAPE America's National Standards for K-12 Physical Education, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging approach to physical education. Each lesson follows a structured format that includes a Warm-up, Technical Drills, Reinforcing Game, and Scrimmages, providing a well-rounded experience that promotes skill development, fitness, and fun.

Warm-up: Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up to prepare students' bodies for physical activity, enhancing flexibility, and reducing the risk of injury.

Technical Drills: Students then move on to technical drills, focusing on the fundamental skills required for each sport. These drills are designed to improve motor skills, coordination, and technique, providing a solid foundation for game play.

Reinforcing Game: Following the drills, students participate in a reinforcing game that allows them to apply their newly acquired skills in a fun and supportive environment. This segment emphasizes teamwork, strategic thinking, and practical application of skills.
